Automation Idea: Collaborate With Guest Speakers
Have you ever collaborated with an expert and became exhausted trying to make sure they had all the information they needed to optimize the experience?
Here's an example of how a lot of those collaborations flow:
Confirm a time on your calendar
You need to collect information from the guest to create marketing materials
The guest needs to be reminded (OFTEN) of the event date
The guest needs to be reminded (more than ONCE) to get you the information you need
Once you get the information, you need the guest to take a STEP TWO so you can better refer them
The guest needs to be added to at least ONE if not more CRM segmented lists (tags)
You need to be notified about ALL the above when they happen
